Well than look for an old church that is not active anymore and ready to change owners. I think this is a great idea and for sure comfortable to be nearer to God. Good connections to heaven never harm!

Yes, it might be a lot of work and some cost to keep the original charm as churches in general are not equipped with our todays needs, but in my opinion it is worth it.

Maybe it is odd that guests see your bedroom but it for sure is unique.
Imagine the architectural details that would give your home a dramatic touch. Architecture and Interior design could go together and get an interesting mix out of it.
